The WaPo has an editorial on Iraq by Nir Rosen. It paints a pretty hopeless picture. Page 1 is mostly anecdotal reports, but it's on Page 2 that the systemic problems really come out.

It's really just a question of how bad the crash will be.
Oh, did you see the news today? No agreement on Defense/interior ministers, and a Sunni tribal leader who had cooperated with the US was assassinated.
