Please let this photo be something the serviceman set up for a laugh. Otherwise, it's just too sad... our tactics are something from a WWII B-movie or a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
I noticed at weapon as well. I just assume this guy trained at the Cheney School for Firearm Safety.

I thought it was particularly telling because of the metaphor it represents, a US soldier having to risk his life to try to draw the enemy out of hiding, not sure who or what group he is.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.
