Iraq "safe haven for terrorists" - State Dept.
This is off the CNN site, I found it through a search, but the page the link returns is blank. This blurb came from the search page.
Oh, it was active. Americablog has more than the blurb paragraph(two paragraphs,) but their link is dead as well.
The State Department's annual terrorism report finds that Iraq is becoming a safe haven for terrorists and has attracted a "foreign fighter pipeline" linked to terrorist plots, cells and attacks throughout the world, a senior State Department official involved in the preparation of the report told CNN.I think that's news worthy of an active link, don't you?

I do genuinely appreciate that news agencies are finally (now that the State Department has told them they were allowed to) realizing that the Iraq Invasion increased the threat of terror rather than decreased it (i.e. Iraq as an AlQaida recruitment pool). What's not been mentioned as much is the fact that this SAME REPORT TRIES TO PIN THE WMD THEORY ON IRAN. Remember the WMD thing with Iraq?` They're trying it again with Iran!
