Michael, I just found it on the web. I'm not sure exactly where. Just as I read articles and blogs, I come across pictures and save them. I think I came across this one in a yahoo search yesterday, but I'm not sure. I just find that pictures give me a better emotional sense of what's really going on.
Lib Dem, thanks. I'm always in favor of distributing stuff as widely as possible. That's the whole point of my blogging, is to get a message out. So, reproduce whatver you like.
However, be careful, because I don't have rights on alot of the photos I put up. I just find them and put them up. I don't know the law on the matter, but as long as I stay small, and don't do it for profit, I don't expect any trouble.
And, Left of Center and Alex, that was exactly my point. How many lives will be irrevokably changed by this war? What repurcussions will be felt down the road? Does anybody think it's a coincidence that almost exactly one generation after all the Reagan admin meddling in Central South America, their younger leaders are turning them to the left. It is a reaction based upon their experiences in their teens and early twenties.
I thought that most of the Bush-apologists had locked themselves in the closet, but in posting the photo of the Iraqi boy, several came out to rear their ugly heads:
Yes. I'm sure the boy in question would be MUCH happier if it was a member of Saddam's Republican Guard entering his house, in order to drag his mother, or his sister, or both, off to one of his favorite rape rooms. I'm sure that American soldier is doing MUCH more damage to the young boy's psyche.
This is not the America I was brought up to believe in.
This blog seeks to highlight abuse of power, deception, corruption, and just plain bad ideas in government and corporations.
Updated several times a day.

I hope that you do not mind, but i linked this photo to a message board/blog in my home town, Toledo.
This is one of the best photographs that I have seen which portrays the reality of an invasion and subsequent occupation by a foreign army.
I wonder if this boy will become a suicide bomber? Or a so-called 'insurgent.' Surley he will never forget this day all the days of his life.
