FBI conducting illegal surveillance of US Citizens

Body counts are back, there have been antiwar protests with a million people, the FBI is conducted illegal surveillance of American citizens, the Whitehouse is about to be rocked by scandal, and the US is eyeing escalation amid rampant comparisons of Syria as Cambodia.

Can I call Iraq Vietnam, yet?

The folks over at EPIC filed a FOIA to the FBI and supplied its findings to the WaPo.

The FBI has conducted clandestine surveillance on some U.S. residents for as long as 18 months at a time without proper paperwork or oversight, according to previously classified documents to be released today. .....

In other cases, agents obtained e-mails after a warrant expired, seized bank records without proper authority and conducted an improper "unconsented physical search," according to the documents.
