Well known wank and California Republican rep Darrell Issa is promising to hire tons of investigators and to flood the White House with subpoenas if the Republicans retake Congress.

And therein lies the difference between Republicans and Democrats. Even when Pelosi had reason to go after Bush/Cheney when taking over the Speaker position in 2006, she immediately took it off the table. The GOP has nothing, but is willing to spend millions of tax payers dollars on fishing expeditions for something small that can be blown out of proportion.

and we dont get justice even when we have means, motive , proof , the whole ball of wax.
Things would be vastly different if the Bush admin were all in shackles in various states of prosecution - vastly better in my opinion.
But , the repugs will have Pres Obama in jail before Bush will ever be...and likely for the crimes of the Bush Admin. just for irony.
