Picture of the Day
Whatever "it" is, she's got "it."
Love her or hate her, people can't stop talking about her. I mean, she had a horrible last year, (can you imagine any other politician surviving all those gaffes?) and yet she still gets all the attention.
Here she is arriving at the NRCC/NSRC fundraiser to applause. ((AP/Manuel Balce Ceneta)

Look, she's the GOP pin-up girl. In many ways -- mentally, emotionally -- she's a female George Bush. Always confident, usually wrong, never letting reality get in the way of "belief," and incredibly hypocritical. (Rules or for others, It's OK if your a Republican/Christian)

Well, but there are alot of others that meet your criteria, but she, continues on, carrying the spotlight.

There are not a lot of other WOMEN in the GOP that meet this criteria. And she has the cred from being VP nominee. The wingers accepted her -- indeed, eleveted her -- as their spokesmodel back in 2008.
And -- I hate to say this -- she's kinda like a GOP centerfold... there's a real sexual undercurrent here. Winger women want to be her, winger men want to.... well, you know. (Just when you think Freud has been discredited....)

That's true. Plus, the "unfair" attacks against her forged an emotional bond amongst her defenders.

She's the ultimate GOP trophy wife: a woman with a good paycheck, in a powerful position, who lets you come in and help her dictate policy after a hard day racing snowmobiles.

I may be wrong, but she doesn't seem a woman who likes to be dictated to...
