(USAToday) "At least a million Americans answered Barack Obama's call to service Monday on a Martin Luther King Jr. Day like none before it....."

I was listening to NPR this morning. It seems that people will be celebrating not only in America, but across England and Europe as well. It reminded me of the global 9/11 reactions... when, for a tragically brief time, we were embraced by the world.

Also, the stark contrast to the controversial GWB inauguration of 2000 adds yet another public example of what a sad, sad man GWB really is.
