McCain raises $27 million

McCain's biggest fundraising month yet in July, $27 million (AP, FirstRead, CNN,) but it's still only about half of the $52 million Obama raised in June.

(The rumors I've read are that Obama's July report will be strong, and Obama's August is going to be through the roof.)
