Indiana affecting?

Caught my eye....
As the report noted, a University of Washington study found that 28 percent of African-Americans in the state of Indiana do not have the proper ID to vote. African-Americans make up 9 percent of the voting population in Indiana.

  • Not really.

    The Supreme Court just upheld this ID law in Indiana so its application can't really be called dodgy.

    It's just a change in the law with likely directly affecting election impacts.

    It's on the books (put there by Republicans quite some time ago) so it's not like a last minute decision designed to wound Obama. It's a long term effort to wound Democrats as the other groups most likely affected are the Dem demographics old and young.
