Yes. She's Snow's replacement, who was McClellan's replacement, who was Fleischer's replacement.

I don't know why this photo jumped out at me, but it did. It felt like something someone of her new stature should not be doing.
(Of course, from her public performances, she doesn't appear to be too good at the new job so far.)
