The ghost of Colin Powell presents the Iran evidence to the UN
So, here we are again.....
The ridiculous irony in this is that under the Cheney "one percent doctrine" this very lack of knowledge is a reason to go to war.
Much of the intelligence on Iran's nuclear facilities provided to UN inspectors by US spy agencies has turned out to be unfounded, diplomatic sources in Vienna said today.....

Lets not forget that in April of 2006; Colin Powell admitted to the San Francisco Chronicle, that he knew that the information about Iraq's nuclear capabilities, was false !

You know, his people really did do a good job portraying him as the blameless victim in that episode.
It certainly wasn't only his fault, but the public narrative has pretty much cleared him.
