This may help. There's a higher resolution version available from Yahoo. (I strip them down to save space.)
Go to one of the yahoo stories, like this one, and there's a little search box at the top.
Open the pull down menu and click on news photos, and then search for elements in that caption.
There's actually a whole collection of Bandic following that unit.
I don't know if this will work, but try this link. I think that'll give you the whole set.
Even if he's not in this picture, the odds are fair he'll show up in one of them if that's his unit.
