It's not the tax cuts
Dear Mr. Bush,
It's not the tax cuts that are propping up the economic numbers. It's deficit spending. The tax cuts are simply serving to channel those benefits to the wealthy.
(Maybe we should force Bush to do his own version of "The Simple Life," or a "30 days" episode. A couple of weeks cutting chicken for near minimum might change his perspective a little.)

At the very bottom of the article (or at least the one I read on this subject) it mentions that wages have increased by .5% since Bush took office in 2001 (that is total, not yearly).
I can't understand what the complaint is. (Thats sarcasm).

But the economy is booming. Look at corporate profits.
(I too find sarcasm quite difficult in short text.)

"To make sure that we're the economic leader of the world, we got to keep taxes low," No you idiot, to make sure we're the economic leader of the world, we have to have a damn economy that works for everyone.

Right. The middle class is the engine of a consumer economy.

Corporate profits and the DJIA, both way up. I think this is the first time in American history where an economic booms paralleled broad discontent over the economy.
Sign of the times.
There should be a symbol for sarcasm, like a smiley.

We've had those weird periods where economic bad news like layoffs are greeted with stock rallies because of the belief it will force the fed to lower rates, but I don't remember anything this long.
Maybe the emoticon should be some sort of sneer.
