FBI confirms looking at reporter's phones
Earlier today, ABCNews reported that they were told by a source that their phone calls were being tracked by the federal government. Here is a further update from ABC's The Blotter.

“It used to be very hard and complicated to do this, but it no longer is in the Bush administration,” said a senior federal official.
Also, remember Russell Tice, the former NSA official who said that he might reveal on Thursday, "the illegal use of space-based satellites and systems to spy on U.S. citizens?" Laura Rozen has been tracking some of the details today.

Jesus...the smarmy bastards in office. Methinks they would toss their own mothers under the bus to cover this administration's ass.
I was part of the prototype build of these type of sat's for the NRL 25 years ago. I wondered how long it would take before they used them within the U.S...

Yeah. The thing is, that this testimony by Tice will be closed door, high clearance only, so we may not actually know what he's talking about.
