The White House is purging the CIA of Democrats?
The White House appears to be undertaking an effort to challenge the work of anyone who isn't a Republican. In other words, your analysis that Saddam didn't have WMD wasn't valid because you might be a Democrat.

Would seem to me that being purged for one's political affiliation would be a cut-and-dried issue for the EEOC. Even the government has to live by those rules. Of course, getting a Bu$hCo EEOC to actually investigate such a case might be a bit more difficult.

Yeah, I don't know on this one. I'm working off Marshall's extrapolations from that one paragraph.
But I think it would reflect further efforts to undermine and disfunctionalize the CIA, pulling power over to the Pentagon where Repubs outnumber dems 2 or 3 to 1 and people are loyal under threat of court marshall.
